Browse our catalog, select the jewelry you want, choose size and quantity, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods. You can also purchase by phone or visit us at our store in Miami.

Absolutely. All our jewelry is authentic and high quality. We work with:

  • Oro: 10K, 14K, and 18K (yellow, white, and rose)
  • Silver: 925 Sterling Silver
  • Precious stones: Certified by recognized laboratories
  • Diamonds: GIA certified when applicable

Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity when applicable.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. We offer customization services including engraving, size adjustment, and creation of custom pieces. Production times for custom pieces are 5 to 10 business days. Contact us for a quote.

How should I care for my jewelry?

General recommendations:

  • Store each piece separately in its case or fabric pouch
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, and chemical products
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Clean with a soft microfiber cloth
  • For gold and silver, use jewelry-specific cleaning solutions

Do you offer warranty on jewelry?

Yes. All our pieces include 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers:

  • Defects in welds and settings
  • Issues with clasps and closures
  • Premature discoloration (within the warranty period)

The warranty does not cover: normal wear, damage from improper use, loss of stones from impacts, or modifications by third parties.


Sizes & Measurements

How can I know my ring size?

You have several options:

  • In store: Visit us in Miami for a free professional measurement
  • Home trick: Wrap a string around your finger, measure the length in millimeters, and check our conversion chart

What if the size does not fit me?

We offer a free size exchange on the first occasion for standard rings (does not apply to bands with stones set around the entire band). Check our Return Policy for more details.

Do you have a size chart for chains and bracelets?

Yes. On each product page you will find a specific size guide. As a general reference:

  • Women chains: 40-45 cm (choker), 50-60 cm (standard), 70+ cm (long)
  • Men chains: 50-55 cm (standard), 60-70 cm (long)
  • Women bracelets: 17-19 cm
  • Men bracelets: 20-22 cm

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to unincorporated territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in the My Account of our website.

How do you pack the jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is delivered in an elegant presentation case inside a Tu Joyita Miami gift bag. The outer packaging is discreet and does not reveal the contents. All shipments include insurance.


Returns and Refunds

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The jewelry must be:

  • Unused and in its original state
  • With all tags and certificates
  • In its original packaging

Once the return is received and approved:
