At Tu Joyita Miami we ensure your jewelry arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and policies.

1. Shipping Zones

1.1 Miami Metropolitan Area

  • Store pickup: you can pick up your order at no cost at our location: 7212 Bird Road, Miami, FL 33155.
  • Local delivery: available for the Miami-Dade metropolitan area.

1.2 Continental United States

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States through major carrier services.

1.3 Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may have additional costs and extended delivery times. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and costs.

1.4 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping on a regular basis. If you are interested in a shipment outside the United States, contact us to evaluate the possibility on a case-by-case basis.

Nota: Delivery times are estimated and begin counting from the moment the order is shipped (not from purchase confirmation). Times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, holidays, carrier volume).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • The destination address
  • The selected shipping method
  • The weight and dimensions of the package

The exact cost will be displayed before confirming your purchase.

4. Processing Time

  • In-stock products: orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom items: the manufacturing time is 5-10 additional business days before shipping (you will be notified of the exact timeframe at the time of purchase).
  • Cut-off times: orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Packaging and Protection

All our jewelry is shipped with maximum protective measures:

  • Presentation case: each piece travels in its case or gift box (depending on the product).
  • Protective packaging: cushioning material to prevent damage during transport.
  • Discreet packaging: the outside of the package does NOT indicate it contains jewelry, for security reasons.
  • Shipping insurance: all shipments include insurance against loss or damage during transport.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
  • You can also check your order status from your account at My Account > Orders.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your purchase, contact us.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

7.1 Delayed Shipment

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will track your package with the carrier. Delays caused by the carrier service are beyond our control, but we will do everything possible to assist you.

7.2 Lost Shipment

If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and in common areas of your residence.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. Contact us within 5 business days from the alleged delivery. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

7.3 Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Tome photographs of the packaging and the product before handling it.
  • Notify us within 48 hours with the photos and your order number.
  • Keep the original packaging for the insurance claim.
  • We will send a replacement or process a refund. See our Return Policy for more details.

8. Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping costs.
  • To change the shipping address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.

9. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, we may require signature upon delivery. You will be notified during the checkout process if your order requires a signature. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule delivery.
