At Tu Joyita Miami we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product received, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms described below.

1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days following the date of product receipt. Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the product must comply with all the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • You must keep your original packaging, including the box or presentation case.
  • Must include all the tags, certificates, and accessories that came with the product.
  • Must include the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry: custom-made items, with personalized engravings or special modifications made to order for the customer.
  • Piercing items: for hygiene and health safety reasons.
  • Customer-damaged products: items showing signs of use, scratches, dents, or alterations not attributable to manufacturing defects.
  • Items without original packaging: products returned without their box, case, or presentation packaging.
  • Gift cards: are not refundable.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact our team: Send an email to info@tujoyita.com or call us with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photographs of the product if possible.
  2. Receive your authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack the product: Package the jewelry securely in its original case, inside a protective box. Include the RMA number visibly on the package.
  4. Ship the package: Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  5. Inspection and resolution: Once received, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days and notify you of the resolution.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used in the original purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or to payment methods other than the original.

5.2 Refund Timeframes

  • Return approval: 3-5 business days after receiving the product.
  • Refund processing: 5-10 additional business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Total estimated time: 8-15 business days from when we receive the product.

5.3 Shipping Costs

  • Return by customer decision: the return shipping costs are the customer responsibility.
  • Return due to our error (incorrect or defective product): Tu Joyita Miami will cover the return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping costs are not refundable, except in case of our error.

5.4 Partial Refunds

In the following cases, a partial refund may apply:

  • Product with slight handling marks that do not affect functionality.
  • Item returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Product returned after the deadline but within 30 days (subject to approval).

6. Exchanges

6.1 Size Exchange

If you need a size exchange for rings or bracelets:

  • Request it within the first 14 days after receipt.
  • The first size exchange is at no additional cost (only applies to standard available sizes).
  • Custom sizes that were made to measure are not exchangeable.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange.

6.2 Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you must return the original product and make a new purchase. Standard return terms will apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product than what you ordered:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours following receipt of the package.
  2. Ship clear photographs of the damage or defect, including photos of the packaging.
  3. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

In these cases, we offer:

  • Free replacement of the product (including shipping costs).
  • Full refund (including original shipping costs) if the replacement is not available.

Nota: Natural wear of materials (silver tarnishing, slight wear from daily use) is not considered a manufacturing defect.

8. Repairs and Warranty

Some products include a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty details, if applicable, are indicated on each product listing. To request a warranty repair, contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: you can cancel your order at no cost by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • After shipping: you will need to wait to receive the product and follow the standard return process.
  • Custom items in production: custom jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.
